These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PaperBull, a virtual paper trading platform operated in Gujarat, India. By accessing or using PaperBull at paperbull.in, you agree to be bound by these terms.
PaperBull is a simulated (paper) trading platform for educational and practice purposes only. All trades executed on PaperBull use virtual capital and do not involve real money, real securities, or real financial instruments. PaperBull is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PaperBull. By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to access such services in your jurisdiction.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All trading activity on PaperBull is simulated. Virtual profits or losses have no real-world monetary value. Market data displayed is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. PaperBull makes no guarantee of data accuracy.
PaperBull provides educational materials and simulated trading tools only. Nothing on the platform — including articles, examples, strategy descriptions, AI-generated trade reviews, or any other content — should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, research report, investment advice, or instruction to buy or sell any security or derivative. PaperBull does not execute, route, or facilitate any real-money trades, and is not a broker, financial advisor, investment adviser, or research analyst registered with SEBI or any other regulator. Any decision to trade with real money is entirely your own and should be made in consultation with a qualified, appropriately registered professional.
Simulated results on PaperBull do not represent, and should not be relied upon as an indicator of, actual trading performance. Execution in a live market can differ materially from simulated execution due to factors including slippage, bid/ask spread, latency, liquidity, order queue position, partial fills, brokerage, exchange charges, STT, GST, stamp duty, and actual margin requirements. PaperBull does not guarantee that any strategy, outcome, or performance figure shown on the platform (including illustrative or example P&L figures) will be replicated in real trading.
PaperBull offers optional premium plans billed monthly or for two months. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Premium features are subject to change with prior notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the platform; (c) create multiple accounts to abuse free trial benefits; (d) resell or redistribute access to PaperBull.
All content, design, and code on PaperBull is the property of PaperBull. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
PaperBull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, reliance on market data, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
